Maddie Smith is the founder of Align Yoga + Wellness and a dedicated movement specialist with a passion for helping others move better and feel stronger on and off their mat. She is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with additional certifications in Mat Pilates, Barre, Sculpt, Nutrition, and Kids Yoga- bringing a dynamic and well-rounded approach to every class she leads.
Maddie integrates mindful movement and foundational wellness practices to support her students in creating sustainable, healthy lifestyles. She specializes in yoga for athletes, where she blends mobility, strength, and recovery to enhance performance and prevent injury.
Maddie’s mission at Align is simple but powerful- to create a space where everybody can move with purpose, feel strong in their foundation, and live in alignment beyond the studio.
