How We Do It | 12-Week Programs

Academy Strength & Conditioning classes are the core of what we do. Built around a clear, structured approach to training that works for people at every stage of their fitness journey. Each class is 1 hour and starts with a detailed explanation of what we are doing and why we are doing it followed by a group warm up. The strength training classes are based on the power lifts, and developing those lifts with appropriate accessories. The core of our mission is to prioritize training with long term sustainability and mental development to be resilient inside and outside of the gym!

Our classes are built around one core idea: the best results come from a structured, sustainable approach. The best plan is the one you will stick to!  Whether your goal is to get stronger, leaner, or just feel better, our programming focuses on what works. Consistent training, smart progressions, and a long-term mindset.
