Today we celebrated victory.
Not every competition is against others in class, or against the rest of the classes for the day.
The biggest battle every one of us faces is the voice in our head.
You can put that in any context. Our biggest battle will always be against ourselves.
As I mentioned in class, showing up is one component of the battle and hard work is a different component all together.
Sisu is the arena and we provide an opportunity for you to see what you are really made of, and it is the difficult times that reveal who we really are.
