There’s a difference between working out and training. Just as there is between hearing and listening. The difference is purpose. Purpose gives direction. That’s what you’ll find with us versus anywhere else. This week marks the pinnacle of the program. To see if your hard work has changed you. To see if you reached that objective you set for yourself 12 weeks ago. To see if your plan actually worked towards becoming a better you.
Let’s use a job for example. Lacking purpose often means it will be short lived. If that job doesn’t fill your bucket, you’ll eventually leave. Or just settle and be miserable. However, if this job gets you up in the morning, your day flies by and you leave feeling like you made a difference, you more than likely found your purpose.
Thomas Carlyle said it best with, “The person without a purpose is like a ship without a rudder”.
