One cool trick when it comes to creating success, is visualization. It can be a such a powerful tool for success. Maybe you’ve heard to use that before giving a speech or going into an interview or maybe even going into a PR attempt.
When you paint this picture in your head of a successful outcome, not only does it build self confidence, but it has a neurological effect. Our brains interpret effective imagery and real life as one in the same. Meaning that you can convince your brain, and the neurons doing the work, that you’ve already achieved something that you haven’t yet achieved.
To me, that’s fucking mind blowing, but why not harness that power and put it to work? Even better is that this tactic can be used for whatever the hell you want.
