For tomorrow’s workout grab a partner or go solo on this bodyweight burner:
Every odd minute, run the whole minute
Even minutes:
Min 2: max lunges
Min 4: max up downs
Min 6: max squats
Min 8: walk
Min 10: max burpees
Rest 2 minutes
Do 3-4 rounds
Saturday’s fun, definitely partner up or get a group together (get some pics):
Stay together whole time
400m run
10 pushups + 15 squats, while partner/s hold plank, then switch x3
800m run
20 burpees each, while partner/s hold plank
1200m run
30 situps each, while partner/s hold plank
1600m run
For the anti runners, start running, because that’s the only way you’ll get better at it. But if you just can’t get yourself to do such a thing, try this:
Alt EMOM as long as possible
Min 1: 10 pushups + 10 situps
Min 2: 20 squats + 10 total lunges
Min 3: 15 burpees
Min 4: side plank 30/30
