Week 1 was high energy, great focus, and solid attendance! If this is not your first cycle you know how quickly time flies, so I want to create a mindset now that will make this the best cycle ever!
The 12 Week Academy Program is by design a way to give you the most productive year possible by structuring your time into what has been proven to be the most effective method for increased productivity.
Time is most certainly our most valuable asset but it is perishable and we want to waste as little as possible.
How to make this the best cycle ever~
The greatest predictor of your future are your daily actions. Looking beyond simply “showing up”, your behaviors and mindset that you decide to being to the table every single day will transform your daily experience and your outlook on the future regarding your goals.
The true power behind our daily effort reveals itself over time, and this is why we chose to embark on a 3 month challenge as opposed to 6 or 8 week programs. We want your results to cut deep and last your lifetime.
The mindset that may help the most is to crush smaller periods of time instead of being mediocre across a large period of time. This is why the people who make New Years resolutions begin the year with high energy only to fall off come February. Their focus is having a great year, and missing the other 11 months.
“New Year new me”! Sound familiar? Keep your vision 1 week at a time at the largest scope, and enhance your focus to crushing each day. You are responsible for 5 at Sisu and that is manageable!
Flip Side- you skip one day a week (M-F). Just one day right? So 12 sessions a cycle. Which translates to over two weeks that you weren’t on track with the program. Can you really say at the end that the program didn’t work? You weren’t there for a lot of it.
When you lay it out like that it’s pretty eye opening! You are going to get better on the days that you don’t want to come. You might not even have the best workout but that’s ok! You chose to overcome the negative energy trying to hold you back and in the long game this is what matters.
You grow the most on the days you don’t want to train, so with that mindset the crappy days are by far the most important.
Takeaways
The energy behind our challenge is unreal and we love it! There is good natured competition all around and accountability to each other is over flowing. Outstanding work people!
One thing we love about our challenge is the freedom you have to achieve your goals. This freedom helps you to learn more about yourself by figuring things out, and asking for help. With that said, we want to get more public with the process to show people that aren’t at Sisu how we roll.
Effective immediately let’s start using the hashtag #sisuchallenge through this cycle. Share your unique process and how you are crushing it.
We have people grabbing vests and hitting the trail, we got people making new recipes, we have people showing us their clothes they used to wear that are WAY too big now, etc. Going this route will also help others to find a new way to navigate their challenge as well.
Let’s kill Week 2! Have a great Sunday
