Perfect for the holidays.Total Time: 30 Minutes-You must complete the “Buy In” to begin leg blaster version 2-Starting at minute 5, and every 5 minutes after (5, 10, 15, 20, 25), you must stop and hold pushup position for 1 minute. This includes the Buy In.BUY IN:Burpee x20 + Jump Lunge x5 eachBurpee x15 + Jump Lunge x10Burpee x10 + Jump Lunge x15Burpee x5 + Jump Lunge x20Leg Blaster Version 2 (AMRAP)

  1. Side ski x10 each side
  2. Cossack Squat x10 each side
  3. Curtsey lunge x10 each side
  4. Single Leg Bridge x10 each side

Monday’s Workout

AMRAP (8 min)– 30 Squat- 20 Squat Jump- 10 Jump Lunge (each)EMOM (8 min) – Alternating– 5 Burpee + 10 Mtn Climber (5 each)- 30 sec Split Squat Hold (30 sec each)AMRAP (8 min)– 5 Russian Twist (each)- 10 Flutter Kick (each)- 10 Straight Leg Raise- 10 Sit-UpEMOM (8 min)– 3 Devil Press + 6 Squat PressFINISHER: 8 Minute Plank*If you drop, stop the clock & do 10 Side Ski (each leg, each time you drop)
