Shout-out to everyone that made it in today for the conditioning assessment and last week for max outs. These aren’t easy things, as they should be, but they are necessary things. And by DECIDING to take the difficult challenge head on, you can get down to business whether you’ve progressed or regressed. But you’d only know that if you have been objectively assessed.
No doubt that learning where you are currently at can be discouraging. But it can also be exactly what you need to kickstart your ass back into a discipline first mindset. That’s what this week is for, a reset. We know damn well that 12 weeks is a long time to stay focused to one or two things.
However, it’s proven itself again and again to produce results. If this last 12 didn’t go your way, why not? If it did, how come? Either way, it comes down to the decisions you made.
