Music. The Best Workout Supplement?

We’ve all had songs we beat the piss out of.

For me, growing up my music choices were made around working out. Lifting dictated what I listened to. I started lifting regularly (3-5x/week) when I was 13.

The music was always from burnt CDs ripped off napster and limewire. Here are a handful of the songs I listened to almost every time I worked out:

1. In da club – 50 cent
2. Headstrong – Trapt
3. Let’s go – Trick Daddy
4. Stupify – Disturbed
5. Just like you – Three days grace

It’s funny to think back and see how much it’s evolved, but an oldie can still be a goodie. Now let’s see yours. What are some of your old go to’s that always got it done?
