My name is Jeff Coder and I have been an athlete since I can remember. My passion for fitness developed when I joined the military. I fell in love with the teamwork, the magnitude and importance of being in shape, and the mental toughness aspect that has a practical application in life. It was during my tour of service that I found my calling to help others by exposing the untapped potential that lies within everyone. I believe that the best way to achieve any goal is to embrace the process itself, and to discover your perceived limits. We are all in a constant state of increasing self-awareness through our quest and I want to be a beacon of light through this journey. I enrolled at Iowa State to study Exercise Science to master my scientific background and understanding of human physiology and biomechanics. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a minor in public health. I have certifications from ACE (PT) and NASM (Corrective Exercise Specialist).
